Abstract
In Australia, there have been calls for the introduction of a privacy tort through legislation. If this is done in only one or some of the jurisdictions, and not uniformly in all jurisdictions, difficult issues of private international law (choice of law and jurisdiction) will arise. This article reviews the various options of resolving those issues.
