Putting dignity first: identifying priorities in order to improve dignity in care

The challenges have been designed to stimulate healthcare providers into action. It indicates the efforts of several health and social care providers in taking a dignity-related initiatives including comprehensive standards of care audits in intermediate care facilities. The referendum and survey of staff conducted by community health provider South Downs Health National Health Service (NHS) Trust (SDH) is also discussed.
