Pregnancy in Shwachman-Diamond syndrome: a novel genetic mutation with minimal consequence

Shwachman-Diamond syndrome (SDS) is a rare inherited bone marrow failure syndrome, characterised by neutropenia, exocrine pancreatic dysfunction and often skeletal abnormalities.
