N-Substituted pyrrolidines and tetrahydrofurans as novel AMPAR positive modulators

We describe here the synthesis of these compounds which are biaryl pyrrolidine and tetrahydrofuran sulfonamides and disclose their activities against the human GluA2 flip isoform homotetrameric receptor.
