Polymerase chain reaction primers for microsatellite loci in the common frog Rana temporaria

We obtained a microsatellite-enriched genomic library from the common frog Rana temporaria using hybrid selection. From this library we isolated and characterized 10 polymorphic microsatellite loci and a single bi-allelic marker. Primers and conditions for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of all these loci are described.
