Stabilized explicit coupling for fluid-structure interaction using Nitsche's method

In this Note we propose a stabilized explicit coupling scheme for fluidstructure interaction based on Nitsche's method. The scheme is stable irrespective of the fluidsolid density ratio. Numerical experiments show that optimal time accuracy can be obtained by performing a few defect-correction iterations
