Abstract

This article looks at the phenomenon of cross-border insolvency in the United Kingdom and, in particular, at three recent cases illustrating the interaction between domestic rules and legal principles with international texts such as the European Insolvency Regulation and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency.
