Abstract
As an off-shore financial centre, Jersey has not been immune from the global recession, which has brought consideration of cross-border insolvencies and whether the right tools exist in domestic law to manage proceedings of this nature. It is the purpose of this article to outline the Jersey law relating to cross-border assistance in insolvency.
