Abstract

The initial employment of (E)-4-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylideneamino)-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-5-one (HL) in Co/Ln chemistry affords an unseen heptanuclear CoII3DyIII4 disc like coordination cluster displaying single molecule magnetism (SMM) behavior.
