Additional Information: This randomised controlled study demonstrated that a novel quadruple therapy regimen performed similarly to standard-of-care triple therapy regime for antiretroviral naïve individuals. I was a co-writer of the protocol, local investigator, and co-writer of the manuscript with collaborators from the Chelsea and Westminster and Royal Free.
