Additional Information: Originality: Very little work had been done on how dynamic web pages influenced and changed user perceptions. Rigour: The methodology is based on user studies concluding with the licitation interviews popularised by Vermersch. Significance: Provided one of the first insights into how users interacted with the companies behind web-sites, and how this influenced their subsequent behaviour.
